We accompany your ambitious projects with our extensive expertise, from development and design up to the realisation of prototypes and small series in uncompromising perfection. We work to schedule and are reliable.

Individual
production consulting

As early as the development phase of your project, we advise you on part and production optimisation. To this end, we also support you in the selection of materials and the procurement of purchased parts.

CNC programming

We transfer your CAD data into our CAM system. The data is analysed and optimised for precise and efficient CNC machining. We transfer the finished NC data to our CNC machine tools.

CNC machining

Due to our unique horizontal and vertical range of manufacture, we are able to machine prototypes and series parts with highly complex geometries and the highest requirements.

For this, we use CNC technologies such as milling, turning, EDM and wire erosion, cylindrical, surface and profile grinding , as well as honing and lapping for precision machining.

Heat and
surface treatment

We achieve the material-specific properties of the components by means of heat treatment. We use the desired surface technology to refine our precision parts. Heat and surface treatments are performed by our long-term certified partners.

Component finishing
and assembly

The components receive their finishing touches. We install manufactured components in individual fixtures and finished assemblies.

Technical cleaning

Quality assurance
and documentation

Certified quality assurance for a dimensional accuracy of up to 0.3 µm. Whether 3D coordinate measurement, optical video measurement, the use of measurement microscopes or surface roughness measurement, our specialists trained in quality assurance document the highest degree of precision using the most modern measurement technology – to the very µm.

Logistics

After inspection, we pack your components according to the customer’s specifications and ship them on time and in a transport-safe manner.
