from Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik to SK TECHNOLOGY GmbH.
Benedikt Kulzer inherits the company at the end of November 2019 and is appointed Managing Director at Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik. Together with his father, Stefan Kulzer, he guides the company’s development.
2017 Integration & inauguration
- • The heretofore independent factory in Waldmünchen is integrated into Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik as of 01 January, 2017. Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik now has two factories. The Roding factory for the production of prototypes, zero and small series. The serial production of milling and turning parts takes place in the Waldmünchen factory.
- • Official inauguration of the new production hall, administration building with social wing and canteen by Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik at the Roding location.
- At the end of the year, co-founder Johann Stangl dies of cancer at the age of just 56.

2008 Founding of Roding Automobile
Together with young engineers from the Technical University of Munich, Johann Stangl and Stefan Kulzer found Roding Automobile GmbH to develop and build the exclusive carbon lightweight sports car, RODING ROADSTER, in small series.
