WORLD-LEADING INFRASTRUCTURE

On a fully air-conditioned production and assembly area of 10,000 square meters in Roding and with a further 5,000 square meters in Waldmünchen, we have 120 ultra-modern CNC production and measuring machines at our disposal, offering a unique horizontal and vertical range of manufacture. This results in approx. 300,000 production hours per year.

We master the most difficult geometries and complex challenges for all materials that can be machined. From filigree components to the machining of entire vehicle parts.

OUR CORE TECHNOLOGIES

Our core technologies include CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC surface, cylindrical and profile grinding as well as erosion. We round off our portfolio with other holistic technologies such as surface treatment, heat treatment and laser melting, as well as additive manufacturing with the help of specialised partner companies. In addition, we take care of project management and organise the corresponding supply chain.

PRECISION THAT IMPRESSES – FOR THE BEST COMPONENTS IN THE WORLD

Our manufactured precision parts are subject to certified quality assurance for a dimensional accuracy of up to 0.3 µm. For this purpose, we work with the most accurate 3D coordinate measuring machine in Europe, a ZEISS XENOS, as well as other state-of-the-art high-tech measuring equipment.

MILLING

Highly complex milled parts, milled into shape. Perfect fit.

We implement sophisticated milling technologies on universally usable 5-axis CNC milling machines. Whether as a prototype, in small series or for fixture construction – we mill from filigree components to heavy, large parts in all common materials.

For small series, automation systems enable 24/7 operation. Our extensive range of tools enables us to mill complex components within a very short time – in the highest reproducible quality and with good documentation.

TURNING

HIGH PRECISION TURNED PARTS TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS

We’ve got the hang of it. In CNC turning we attach great importance to universal applications in the manufacture of rods, chucks and shafts. We manufacture workpieces with complex, rotationally symmetrical geometries with diameters ranging from 1 mm to 630 mm and turning lengths of up to 1,910 mm.

SURFACE GRINDING, CYLINDRICAL GRINDING; PROFILE GRINDING
LAPPING & HONING

Surfaces are finished after milling or turning. Our grinding competence ranges from surface grinding, to cylindrical grinding including complex profile grinding. High-precision contours on many technical materials can be easily fabricated using our modern grinding machines.

Lapping

Lapping is considered a fine machining technology that is easy on the material and meets the highest requirements for dimensional and geometric tolerances as well as surface qualities.

Honing

Honing requires absolutely top precision. We guarantee maximum accuracy in terms of geometry and dimension and the highest finish quality of the inner surfaces for ready-to-install workpieces.

EDM AND WIRE
EROSION

DELICATE COMPONENT MACHINING USING EROSION

Delicate work pieces are a challenge for precision. We can fabricate even the finest contours and extremely complex geometric shapes using wire erosion. Accurate in dimension and shape.

Our automated EDM machines are designed for a variety of applications and have many machining functions. This ensures short cycle times and a flexible application when manufacturing individual parts and small series.

LASER
MARKING

ENGRAVING FOR COMPONENTS

On precision-manufactured workpieces, we use a powerful laser beam to engrave your information into the precision parts in a way that is easy on the material and has sharp contours. Irrespective of the shape of the component, laser marking is possible on hard-to-access, round and rough surfaces. Barcodes, QR codes or serial numbers incl. tracking, everything can be implemented.

PARTS
CLEANING

PRECISION PARTS FREE FROM PARTICLES AND RESIDUES

Our precision parts go through a spray-flood cleaning process. Especially for components with undercuts or hidden inner contours, this process ensures optimum cleaning effect. The cleaned and dried precision parts are free of particles and residues, and emphasise our high quality standards.

ASSEMBLY

COMPONENT FINISHING, ASSEMBLIES AND FIXTURES

Most of our production processes end with installation. We install the manufactured components in individual fixtures and finished assemblies. Using the precision skills of our employees, as well as constant functional tests and documentation, we ensure that we can meet the high quality requirements of our customers.

Precision is measurable – from the smallest µm to large format In our certified measuring laboratory with a temperature accuracy of +/- 0.2°C, we use only the latest and highly accurate measuring and testing equipment.
