Highly stable and heat-resistant components can be produced by using high-alloy steels such as mu-metal, titanium, molybdenum, etc. However, it is hard to machine these steels without special machining know-how. The machinability of steels in general depends on the alloy content, heat treatment and manufacturing process.

Precision parts made from the following hard-to-machine materials require sophisticated machining technology. For example, cutting speeds, feed rates, the selection of high-calibre tools and cooling lubricants must be taken into account in order to enable precise production within a narrow tolerance range.

CNC milling

Whether as a prototype, in small series or for fixture construction – we mill from filigree components to heavy, large parts in all common materials.

Our extensive range of tools enables us to mill complex components within a very short time – in the highest reproducible quality and with good documentation.

CNC turning

We manufacture workpieces with complex, rotationally symmetrical geometries with diameters ranging from 1 mm to 630 mm and turning lengths of up to 1,910 mm.


We can fabricate delicate work pieces and extremely complex geometric shapes using wire erosion. Accurate in dimension and shape.

Our automated EDM machines are designed for a variety of applications and have many machining functions.
